5 teams participated in the Aewon Cup Basketball Championship 2025 with the Royal Birthday Celebration. The championship was held on 27th July night at the Basketball Court in Kampung Baru Seria.

It was officiated by Awang Haji Amirol Hafidzin bin Haji Muhammad, Acting Belait District Officer. Also present was Yang Berhormat Haji Mohd Salleh Bin Haji Othman, Member of the Legislative Council. The championship, which will end on 15th of August, is part of the Belait District Basketball Association annual event.
